2. Domain Listings
All digital assets and domain names listed on this website are exclusively held, managed, or represented by DomainMonks and offered for acquisition. Displayed prices reflect current valuation baselines and remain subject to change or prior sale without notice. A published listing or price does not constitute a legally binding unilateral offer to sell until a formal escrow agreement is executed. All transactions are definitive, irrevocable, and final once the domain transfer and push/auth-code delivery are completed.
3. Purchase Process & Statutory Taxes
To inquire about acquiring an asset, contact our brokerage desk directly. Standard purchase terms:
- Escrow Settlement: Transactions are settled through licensed, third-party escrow services—principally Escrow.com or EscrowDomains.com—or mutually agreed ICANN-accredited transaction platforms.
- Statutory GST (India): In accordance with statutory tax laws, purchasers located within India will be assessed an additional 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) over and above the agreed final purchase price, accompanied by formal tax invoicing.
4. No Warranties
All domain names are transferred on an “as-is, where-is” basis. DomainMonks makes no representations or warranties concerning historical search engine traffic, search rank metrics, backlink profiles, commercial viability, or trademark classification across specific global classes. Purchasers are solely responsible for conducting independent intellectual property and trademark due diligence prior to closing an acquisition.
5. Trademarks & Intellectual Property
DomainMonks curates descriptive, generic, geographic, and brandable digital assets and does not intentionally register or offer trademarked brand names. If you are an intellectual property holder and believe that a listed asset infringes upon your registered mark, please contact us immediately at sales@domainmonks.com with complete documentation for prompt review.
6. Limitation of Liability
DomainMonks, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, negotiation delays, third-party escrow delays, or the subsequent operational deployment of any purchased digital asset.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not employ automated bots, web scrapers, data-mining scripts, or denial-of-service vectors against this website or its underlying catalog infrastructure.
8. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior written notice. Continued use of the website following any update signifies your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
